Privacy policy

ConvoCatch is provided by ConvoCatch ("ConvoCatch", "we", "us"). This policy says what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address, and sign-in details.
- What you give us: the calls and meetings you choose to record, their transcripts and summaries, and the documents, notes, and questions you add.
- The people you add to a project or a call, and your calendar and contacts if you choose to connect them.
- Your voice print, only if you choose to make one. It is used only to tell which lines of a transcript are yours, and you can delete it at any time.
- Your plan, and the devices you use with ConvoCatch.
Google and Microsoft accounts you connect
If you connect a Google or Microsoft account, ConvoCatch asks only to read your calendar events (their title, time, and the people invited) and your contacts. It uses them to show your upcoming meetings, match them to your projects, and help you find someone when you choose who a call is with. ConvoCatch never changes your calendar or contacts, and a contact is saved to ConvoCatch only when you add them to a project or a call.
We use this information only to provide those features to you. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models, and no one at ConvoCatch reads it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security, or the law requires it. You can disconnect an account at any time in Settings; what ConvoCatch read through it is then deleted, except the people you had already saved.
ConvoCatch's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use it
Only to provide ConvoCatch to you, keep your account secure, and help you when you contact us. We do not sell your information, show you ads, or use your content to train AI models.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run ConvoCatch, under contracts that let them use it only for that; when the law requires it; or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy still applies to it.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your information while your account is open. You can delete a conversation, a document, a project, or your whole account at any time in the app or on the web, and what you delete is removed. For anything else, write to us at the address below.
Security
We protect your information with industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, and keep each organisation's data apart from every other's.
Children
ConvoCatch is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with its date.
